Datatecnics has been chosen for a venture builder set up by the venture capital firm Impact X Capital Partners, Microsoft, and Spring, the UK’s Centre for Excellence in the water sector.
The accelerator, titled the ‘Venture Studio’, is designed to bring together an innovative cohort of diverse founders, and support their growth within the water industry.
Combining the deep expertise and experience of the three organising partners, Impact X Venture Studio is designed to unlock tech startups’ potential at scale, address the most critical challenges within the water sector, and achieve a fairer representation of minorities within the startup ecosystem.

By opening doors for founders from underrepresented groups, the venture builder seeks to deliver real progress against the biggest societal challenges through innovation.
“It’s no secret that the startup space within both tech and water is in desperate need for more diversity, so it’s fantastic to be a part of an accelerator that is directly addressing this issue”, continued Suhayl.
The tailored programme will see startups benefitting from expert technical guidance, $150,000 in free Azure credits, and access to industry partnerships.
